Watched Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog
yesterday. Written and Directed by Joss Whedon, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog stars Neil Patrick Harris as Dr. Horrible, a evil genius whose goals in life are to join the Evil League of Evil, defeat his nemisis Captain Hammer (Nathan Fillion), and actually talk to the girl of his dreams, Penny (Felicia Day).
This movie was shot during the writers strike last year, and released online at DrHorrible.com. The movie is separated into 3 acts. Act 1 introduces the main characters Dr. Horrible, Captain Hammer, and Penny and Dr. Horrible sets his evil plan into motion. Act 2 is the Empire Strikes Back of the movie, and things start to go "horribly" wrong for Dr. Horrible. And Act 3 Dr. Horrible comes out on top, but at what cost?
Captain Hammer thwarts one of Dr. Horrible's evil plans I really enjoyed watching it. The characters are great, and the songs are fun and catchy. Unlike most movies you actually want to see the villain win. Dr. Horrible is sure to become a cult classic. If you haven't seen it, then I highly recommend you do. You can watch it via Hulu below.
