Adult Swim has canceled it's broadcast of Moribito
, and will be replacing it with reruns of Inuyasha. I was really enjoying the series also. Now I will have to rent the DVD's from Netflix or something in order to finish the series. For those who aren't familiar with the show, it's about a spearwoman named Balsa, who saves a prince from drowning. Afterward the princes mother asks Balsa to take him and protect him, because the princes father, the Emperor, wants to kill him in order to stop what he believes will be a great catastrophe for his land. The reason being the prince has the spirit of a water demon living inside him, and it is prophesied that when the spirit matures it will cause a great drought. So Balsa agrees to protect the prince and must keep them hidden from the Emperor's assassins.
I used to watch Cartoon Network's Adult Swim all the time, but now it's nothing but reruns and crappy original programming. Do you feel Adult Swim is gone down hill, or do you actually enjoy the current programing?
