Prince Caspian already in production?

According to TelegraphDigital and Narniaresouces.com the second book of C. S. Lewis' The Chronicles of Narnia is alread in production. The second book in the series is titled Prince Caspian, and has the 4 Pensive children return to Narnia to help the rightful heir to the throne retake it from his evil uncle.
