Non-directional Translations have released a teaser patch for Kanon. Since it is a teaser patch I'm not sure if it covers the entire game, but so far I am up to Jan 13 and it's all been in English. There are a few typos and such, as can be expected from a fan translation patch, but they aren't that bad. Really enjoyed the scene where Makoto plays a prank on Yuichi by putting a bug bomb in his room at night. I couldn't stop laughing.
If you don't have Kanon you can get it at Himeya Shop. They have the Kanon - Standard Edition (18+), and the Kanon - Standard Edtion - All Ages Version
EDIT: Just got to January 20th and the English translation ends. Can't wait for the final patch to be released.
